Who doesn’t love pizza with less chesse and your favorite toppings. This recipe is very easy and quick to make in a different style without making pizza dough in less time. So check out
- 2 Pizza Breads/Indian Naan
- 2 cups Tomato sauce
- Few Crushed Garlic
- 1tbsp Black pepper
- Toppings:
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 Green pepper/capsicum, sliced thin or diced
- 1 Red pepper, sliced thin or diced
- 1 Tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2cup Black olives
- 1/2cup Pineapple chunks-optional
- 1/2cup Jalapenos
- 2 cups grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Pizza cheddar cheese-grated
- Place a pizza bread on the greased pizza tray. Preheat the oven to 450°F for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare the pizza sauce by mixing the tomato sauce,crushed garlic and black pepper.
- Spread the pizza sauce as evenly as you can on the pizza and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese.
- Now place your desired toppings on the pizza;don’t overload the pizza with lots of toppings.
- Again sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
- Place the pizza in the oven and bake it in a pre-heated oven at 350’F for about 20-25mins.
- Let it cool for few minutes after it is done.
- If you want spicy pizza,sprinkle chilli flakes on top.
