Ingredients:
  • Boneless Chicken
  • Rice 95%cooked
  • Black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Cornflour
  • Eggs-2
  • Chopped Garlic
  • Chopped Onions
  • Ajinomoto
  • Veggies-Chopped Carrots,beans and muttor or can use frozen veggies
  • Soya sauce
  • Chilli garlic sauce
  • Chopped Spring onion
Method:
  • Cut boneless chicken into small pieces.Sprinkle little pepper,salt,cornflour and add 2 drops of egg.
  • Cook rice by draining .After you boil;drain away the water and spread rice on tray.
  • Next take pan,add oil and fry the chicken.
  • Next drain the oil keep only few drops of oil.Now add finely chopped garlic and saute for 10 minutes.
  • Add chopped onions and saute till transparent.Pour 2 beaten eggs and cook.
  • Next add pepper,salt,ajinomoto,chopped veggies,few drops of vinegar and soya sauce.
  • Now add the fried chicken and also the rice in batches and mix well.Remember rice should be 95% cooked and should be fluffy.
  • Add little salt,soya sauce on top.Add chilli garlic sauce and cook for few mins.
  • Garnish with chopped spring onions.
