CHICKEN FRIED RICE

- Boneless Chicken
- Rice 95%cooked
- Black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Cornflour
- Eggs-2
- Chopped Garlic
- Chopped Onions
- Ajinomoto
- Veggies-Chopped Carrots,beans and muttor or can use frozen veggies
- Soya sauce
- Chilli garlic sauce
- Chopped Spring onion
- Cut boneless chicken into small pieces.Sprinkle little pepper,salt,cornflour and add 2 drops of egg.
- Cook rice by draining .After you boil;drain away the water and spread rice on tray.
- Next take pan,add oil and fry the chicken.
- Next drain the oil keep only few drops of oil.Now add finely chopped garlic and saute for 10 minutes.
- Add chopped onions and saute till transparent.Pour 2 beaten eggs and cook.
- Next add pepper,salt,ajinomoto,chopped veggies,few drops of vinegar and soya sauce.
- Now add the fried chicken and also the rice in batches and mix well.Remember rice should be 95% cooked and should be fluffy.
- Add little salt,soya sauce on top.Add chilli garlic sauce and cook for few mins.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions.
