Healthy and easy noodles recipe with a mixture of spices and veggies.

Ingredients:
  • Maggie Noodles 1 packet
  • 1 Onion medium,sliced
  • 1/2 Tomato chopped
  • Carrots and Green peas
  • 1 Green and Red bell pepper,cut into 1 inch long pieces
  • 2 Green chillies chopped
  • Ginger and Garlic grated or chopped
  • 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • Oil
  • 2 cups Water
  • Salt to taste
Method:
  • Take a pan,add little oil and sliced onion.Cook till the onions are translucent.
  • Next add the veggies,green and red bell pepper.Let it cook with onions for 5 minutes.
  • Add carrots and peas,chopped green chilies,grated ginger and garlic and tomatoes.Cook all the veggies.
  • Now add salt,red chili powder and soya sauce.Mix well and cook on medium heat.
  • Next add water and uncooked maggie into the pan.Cover and cook till the noodles are done.
  • Serve hot and garnish with coriander leaves.Enjoy with ketchup.:)
