Healthy and easy noodles recipe with a mixture of spices and veggies.
Ingredients:
- Maggie Noodles 1 packet
- 1 Onion medium,sliced
- 1/2 Tomato chopped
- Carrots and Green peas
- 1 Green and Red bell pepper,cut into 1 inch long pieces
- 2 Green chillies chopped
- Ginger and Garlic grated or chopped
- 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 2 tbsp Soya sauce
- Oil
- 2 cups Water
- Salt to taste
- Take a pan,add little oil and sliced onion.Cook till the onions are translucent.
- Next add the veggies,green and red bell pepper.Let it cook with onions for 5 minutes.
- Add carrots and peas,chopped green chilies,grated ginger and garlic and tomatoes.Cook all the veggies.
- Now add salt,red chili powder and soya sauce.Mix well and cook on medium heat.
- Next add water and uncooked maggie into the pan.Cover and cook till the noodles are done.
- Serve hot and garnish with coriander leaves.Enjoy with ketchup.:)
